Reserve Tasting Information

Reserve tastings are done in smaller groups than the regular tour/tastings and feature the company's premier and limited-edition products. The reserve tasting begins with a tour of the brewery. Tasting and Tour start at 1pm on the 3rd Sunday of the month starting May 2024.

Enjoy several samples of Sprecher beer, each paired with a different artisan cheese. The tour and tasting take a total of two to three hours depending on the size of the group. Afterwards, guests will take home a Sprecher tasting glass as well as a fun goody bag. These tastings are ideal for folks looking for a relaxed, all-adult atmosphere, for visitors who have been to the brewery previously and are looking for a different experience, or for those who are interested in learning more specific information about our products.

The availability of these tastings varies by demand, so call ahead to ensure availability. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Reserve Tastings. Reserve Tastings are not recommended for non-beer drinkers. Senior citizen and military discounts do not apply to reserve tastings. Space is limited, reservations are required.

Instructions for your Reserve Tasting

The Reserve tasting begins at 1pm on Saturdays. Come 10-15 minutes in advance and park in the lot on the West side of the main building, 701 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale. Check in at the front desk, and go on the regular brewery tour. After the brewery tour, your Reserve Tasting guide will take you and your fellow tasters into a private room. Then, your guide will provide several beer and cheese pairings in a relaxed, adult environment. Afterwards, you may take your etched tasting glass home. 

Large Group Reservations (15+ People)

Groups of 15-30 people may book a reserve tasting outside of regular tour times. It would be our pleasure to host you! Treat yourself and 14+ friends, family members, co-workers, etc. to a healthy dose of Wisconsin Hospitality (AKA Cheese, Beer, Soda, and bottomless friendliness). Send us an email at events@sprecherbrewery.com to start your booking.
