Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
- You must pick up your pre-order on location at 701 W. Glendale Ave, Glendale WI, 53211 within 30 calendar days of the release date during posted business hours.
- To pick up your pre-order, you must present a valid ID proving you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to deny alcohol to anyone without a valid ID, regardless of age.
- To pick up your pre-order, the name on your ID must match either the name on the order, or the name on the credit card used to place the order. If not, retail staff will call the phone number on the order to get verbal confirmation that the person picking up the order is permitted to do so. Our retail staff reserve the right to deny order pickup if they believe these conditions have not been met.

Order Pickup: All pre-order purchases of alcohol through this website must be picked up on-location at 701 W. Glendale Avenue without exception. Sprecher Brewing Co. (henceforth “we, our, etc.”) does not ship or deliver alcohol. All persons picking up pre-ordered alcohol must present a valid ID indicating that they are 21 years of age or older to collect their purchase. We reserve the right to deny alcohol to anyone without a valid ID, regardless of age. Additionally, the name on the ID must either match the name entered in the “Billing details” fields at checkout or the name on the credit card used to make the purchase. If the person picking up alcohol does not meet either of those conditions, we will call the phone number associated with the order to get verbal confirmation that the person picking up the order has permission from the original purchaser to collect the purchase. Only if verbal confirmation is received may the purchase be collected. Our employees are authorized to make the final determination on whether a purchase may be collected. Orders must be picked up within 30 calendar days of the product release date noted on the original product listing. After this 30 day period ends, inventory will not be held for pre-orders. We will begin selling all inventory to the general public, and while we will honor your pre-order if we have inventory, no refunds will be issued for orders that have not been picked up if inventory runs out at any point after the 30 day pickup period.
Refunds: Because we have not necessarily completed production on alcohol products that we have sold for pre-order, we cannot guarantee that all pre-order purchases will be fulfilled. Problems may arise in the production process that result in an unexpected reduction in inventory. Therefore, pre-purchase orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis at the point of pick-up. If we run out of a given product before all pre-purchase orders have been filled, we will notify those with outstanding orders and provide full refunds. Refunds will also be provided in cases where the product was demonstrably sold as damaged or in a poor condition inconsistent with the product listing. Except under the prior conditions, all sales are final.
