Touch of Blue


Tart, fruity and a bit funky. Aged two years, Touch of Blue Belgian-style lambic is made with whole blueberries. We fermented our base ale with a Belgian yeast culture and bacteria strains to produce tart flavors, fruity notes and a bit of funk. Then we aged the beer with whole blueberries until it expressed dark fruit and floral aromas. The result: a balanced, flavorful lambic with a compelling sour finish. Great now, as good or better after extended aging.  Get it while you can. This is a one time beer.
